We often receive phone calls from our customers asking “Can you send the same guy that was out last time?”. Well… Yes! Of course! Most of our Service Technicians have been with Control Tech for 10-15+ years. You are welcome to request the same technician for your Scheduled Maintenance. We will put a note in our system to ensure he makes it out there. Now, if you have an emergency call, we cannot guarantee it will be your tech, but we will make every attempt possible.
