Request-A-Tech Program from Control Tech

How many times have you called a company for service or maintenance, and they send out a new technician every time? You never know who you’re getting and/or who you’re letting in your home. At Control Tech, you can “Request-A-Tech”!

We often receive phone calls from our customers asking “Can you send the same guy that was out last time?”. Well… Yes! Of course! Most of our Service Technicians have been with Control Tech for 10-15+ years. You are welcome to request the same technician for your Scheduled Maintenance. We will put a note in our system to ensure he makes it out there. Now, if you have an emergency call, we cannot guarantee it will be your tech, but we will make every attempt possible.

Give us a call today and schedule your maintenance! Ask about our Scheduled Maintenance Agreements! We provide service to all of Central Indiana.

  1. Scott Harrison says:

All you need to do is ask. We have some of the fastest response times in the area, as well as the best service and workmanship. We can help you save money just by showing up when we say we will. Other companies dilly-dally hoping to drive up the cost of repairs, because the longer you wait the more extensive the repairs usually become. Well not here, our integrity and work ethic will not allow us to give you anything but our very best.

  2. Absolutely Scott! It’s all about doing what you say you’re going to do and following through with it. And doing it right the first time!
